Instagram video is already hurting Vine

http://us.appy-geek.com/Web/ArticleWeb.aspx?regionid=1&articleid=10347525

This is no surprise to me. I am an android user. Vine which took awhile coming to android captured my attention too late. I had Vine installed for just over a week before Instagram released their video service.

Again I’m just reiterating what I’ve already stated. I’m also an Instagram user. This means I don’t need a second app to create content. It also provides the convenience of not having to check two different apps to absorb social content. I’ve already installed Vine. I doubt I’m missing much.

Moving In

Even though I have been on vacation I have not been able to write much. I’m in the middle of moving into my new place. Ditching the high priced town house for a much more economical duplex. Hopefully this will allow me to start paying off my debt.

I do have a couple android app reviews I’m in the middle of writing. If there’s an app you would like me to review shoot me a comment.

Facebook launches new Instagram video stabilization feature ‘Cinema’

http://www.appy-geek.com/Web/ArticleWeb.aspx?regionid=1&articleid=10250520

So the rumors are true, Instagram will have video of about 15 and will help stabilize the video as well. This is exciting for more than one reason. It will put pressure on companies that develops for apps like Vine. Forcing them to make their app better, feature rich. This is competition and it’s getting hot. Users will have a choice. 6 seconds or 15 seconds? Use one app for may videos or use one app for pictures and videos? Idk but I think Instagram had a great thing going. Now let’s great this out!

Stuck In A Forest

I’m trying to move up in this world. Tired of slaving the short time were allowed on this earth. How much time is money worth. Who is happier, the guy on welfare with nothing to his name or the guy with everything that never sees his family and misses all the important events in his child’s life?

I feel like I’m in a forest full of so many resources. My problem is that I can’t find a path. I’m lost and don’t know where to go. I’m afraid of failing. Not for my sake, but for my son’s. I need to push on and keep my eyes open. I need to be prepared for any opportunity that comes around. Can’t afford to miss anything. Just like a football player training all those years to win a super Bowl, I can’t afford to drop the game winning pass.

Yahoo! Becomes Exclusive Partner Of 49ers Online Content

This is awesome! And so is the niners new stadium

TechCrunch

I get as excited as anyone thinking about the upcoming 49ers season. Quite a bit has happened since we were five yards from winning the Super Bowl. The stadium was branded with the Levi’s logo, we got Anquan Boldin from the Ravens for pretty much nothing, and Michael Crabtree suffered a hefty injury. Yahoo!, while on a purchasing spree of startups, decided to align themselves with SF’s most beloved football team (sorry Raider fans) by inking a 10 year deal that makes them the 49ers exclusive partner for online digital content.

Levi’s stadium has been called the “smartest” stadium ever built. With a focus on mobile, the 49ers took into account that nearly everyone who attends a game will be bringing their own smartphone. The stadium will be able to provide Wi-Fi to nearly 70,000 people on any given Sunday. Fans are said to be…

Article: T-Mac says there’s no comparison between LeBron and Jordan

T-Mac says there’s no comparison between LeBron and Jordan

http://ftw.usatoday.com/2013/06/t-mac-says-theres-no-comparison-between-lebron-and-jordan/

Of course there is comparison! They are both amazing athletes. I’ll admit though there’s nothing like watching MJ play. I don’t think it’s fair to compare the two though. I feel like humans are always advancing, mentally and physically. This could be due to evolution, but I think it’s because of knowledge. Better ways to train and teach and players starting younger. I could be wrong. Technology though is much better than it used to be.

I think if you were to compare MJ and LeBron James physically LJ wins. There’s more to the game of basketball then just being physically stronger. MJ was very smart in the way he played his game. Not just in knowledge of the game, but getting into players heads. That could be game changing.

Either way I’m no expert and I’m sure LeBron James may pass MJ in stats, but MJ is a legend! LeBron is still building his legend. I’m the end both are Ridiculously crazy amazing athletes!
