One of the things I’m making an effort in is living a healthier life style. Not eating fast food everyday for example. I’ve recently taken on meditation. Stretching is another healthy activity. On a side note, meditating is almost impossible for me is almost impossible. It’s so very hard to stop all the thoughts going on in my head.
